The Grand Pour is an Austin, Texas private bartending company built for clients who care about the details, the atmosphere, and the guest experience.

Alyssa brings over a decade of hospitality experience, while Rob has spent more than 10 years producing events across Central Texas through Pour Vous Entertainment Group. Together, they created The Grand Pour to bring a more thoughtful approach to event bartending through great cocktails, white glove hospitality, and professional service.
As a premium dry hire bartending service, we handle everything behind the bar, including custom cocktail menus, fresh mixers, professional bartenders, bar tools, and presentation. You provide the alcohol, and we take care of the rest.

 Because we are locals Texans, we know it gets hot af.. so we now also offer premium frozen machine rentals for a completely effortless, pour it yourself experience. Whether you want our mixologists pouring all night or a self-serve frozen setup, our standard is going above and beyond for every single event.
Our ProcessÂ
Consult + Curate
We start with a one-on-one consultation to understand your event’s style. Then we create a tailored cocktail menu and a precise alcohol shopping list, so you know exactly what to buy.
Prep + Craft
Behind the scenes, we handle all the heavy lifting. We source premium mixers, hand-press fresh citrus, all supplies needed for service and organize all the bar logistics so everything is perfectly coordinated and ready to flow.
The Pour
On the day of your event, our professional mixologists bring the bar to life. We deliver seamless, high-end hospitality, hand-crafted cocktails all while making sure the space is spotless, leaving you completely free to host and enjoy your guests.
